Grants Management System

The Grants Management System manages Federal and State grants. This is a role-based grants management system, which enables users to create grants, and submit them for the approval process. When submitted to the approver, the system sends an email to the approver, notifying the pending approval. The approver can login to the system and either approve the grant or send it back with comments to the creator. After approval, the grant is sent to the next approver (in the chain of approvers). When the final approval is received, it is sent to the Financial Management System, which is connected using REST or SOAP based web services (supports both).
